My name is Donald Best. I publish DonaldBest.CA from Ontario, Canada where I am resident.

As a former Toronto Police Sergeant (Detective), I spent years in deep-cover investigations against organized crime, corrupt police and public officials. Now I carry on the battle as an Access to Justice and anti-corruption advocate.

My mission as an advocate for access to justice and self-represented litigants is much larger than my own case, but every so often I revisit the circumstances that saw the legal profession, a corrupt judge and the Law Society of Upper Canada knowingly choose to send an innocent man to jail to cover-up and protect two senior members of Ontario’s legal cabal who lied to the courts and fabricated evidence.

My website makes full disclosure of my litigation history. I invite everyone to read the sworn documents, listen to the secretly made telephone recordings, examine all the evidence and then make up your own mind about my case.
