License to Kill: No Justice, No Legal Recourse in Canada’s Ostrich Cull

British Columbia – Canadian federal government agencies culled hundreds of beautiful healthy ostriches, for ‘regulatory’ reasons.
The Supreme Court of Canada, our highest court, denied the farmers’ application to appeal. No justice, no legal course, no political recourse.
What happens to a people, to a country, when there is nowhere left to turn for help to defend our fundamental rights and freedoms – and all decisions to stamp out our fundamental rights and freedoms are justified under the auspices of regulatory frameworks? When the law is used as a tool to oppress the people instead of to protect the people, we have a problem with our social contract.

I woke up to CTV News labelling protestors as ideologically motivated and potentially violent, which is mean-spirited name-calling, libellous, and wrong. Love is not ideological; it is human emotion fundamental to our survival. Angie Rasmussen, a virologist at the Vaccine and Infectious Disease Organization (VIDO) at the University of Saskatchewan, is not a lawyer and she is not a politician. Yet, her words carry weight in the public as the CTV chose her to speak above everyone else: Virologist Rasmussen is said to believe that “the amount of politically driven ideologies connected to this conflict could lead to “rational arguments” being nullified.” And that “This is language that does incite violence” (CTV: Cull has Political Implications)
Rasmussen and CTV have tarred and feathered good people standing up for what is right, and what is right is to stand up for our human rights and animal rights. The two are at play here. This case is yet another grotesque example of Canadian federal government overreach and impunity.
What would be a sensationalist heading?
This case is an example of the government of Canada’s license to kill, quite literally this time. Under the invocation of the Emergencies Act in 2022, the federal government gave license to freeze people’s bank accounts, and I called that “extra-judicial financial killing”.

Allen Min I think your right. Our elderly and disabled and mentally ill are next to be culled through MAID. as these characters have no shame in offering MAID to our veterans and soldiers. 60000 Canadians have died through MAID IN 8 YEARS AND MANY MORE TO COME AS THE ELIGIBILITY HAS EXPANDED TO DISABLED AND MENTALLY ILL not just terminally ill with weeks or months to live.
The culling of these ostriches who were healthy was planned and not about health of birds. There were 9 avian flu outbreaks within 200 mile radius of the ostrich farm in October. It was the first outbreaks since Dec. 2024 when the 2 ostriches tested positive and yet the ostriches were healthy now. Herd immunity as industry experts have stated.
H5N1 which is the latest strain doesn’t kill humans like they put forth. Most humans have protection through prior infection and yes you might be miserable for a few days or a week but you won’t die. H5N1 doesn’t kill. Fear kills. In fact most birds don’t die and the deaths are by culling by the government. People died on ventilators and a concoction of drugs in 2009 H1N1 pandemic and COVID. The truth precovid exposes it. They said after the 2009 H1N1 pandemic not to use ventilators. They didn’t learn the lesson. They repeated it with lots of deaths blaming it on the virus. If a weakened virus in a vaccine gives protection then of course a strong virus infection will give you protection as well. They shattered the whole premise of vaccines by denial of natural immunity through COVID infection. The man leading the culling push was at the privy Council where an email was uncovered to hide vaccine injuries and deaths so people would take the COVID vaccine. That is criminal. All injuries and deaths are to be reported not covered up.
Canada has has it’s measles elimination ranking taken away. Why? All blame goes to those who cried wolf too many times. Crimes against humanity are frowned on by honest people. Liars on natural immunity and stealing natural immunity to push an experimental shot doesnt breed trust. It brings distrust and so it should. Canada has slid down the ladder for quality of living and happiness and it’s a failure placed on the shoulders of those who caused it over the last decade. The same ones who have brought you MAID so they can save trillions in healthcare they squandered and defrauded such as the E Health scandal in Ontario and milking doctors of COVID lying to the public when the lies were caught from the daily data . It was fun to watch people call these doctors out with the available data from hospitals. Or doctors with 3 doses of the vaccine blaming the unvaccinated or the opening up with no masks required but the unvaccinated were healthy and walking around with no masks . I guess their vaccine doesn’t really work. I don’t think a smart vaccine manufacturer would use these doctors to prop up their vaccine. Quite the opposite. Bad publicity really.
Great to see such an amazing resume of Detective Grus lawyer. She certainly brings experience in human rights issues to the table.
What has been done to Detective Grus is absolute corruption from an entity who should be impartial and uphold honesty and integrity. Sadly the Ottawa Police possess neither honesty integrity or courage. They have failed to protect the public interest and uphold the 4 principles of bioethics of which are autonomy beneficence non maleficence and justice. These principles are not just for doctors. Bioethics has been included in human rights declaration to encompass the new technologies like MRNA. To do no harm applies to people in positions of power and trust in their jobs especially doctors. . Doctors have to consider what’s best for their patients and that goes along with a patient’s right to choose what’s best through informed consent. For most during covid this was missing between doctors and patients and the politicians believed they could violate the 4 principles of bioethics. The Police and doctors did this as well. Non maleficence is to do no harm and compassion and empathy are essential along with confidentiality. Again this was violated during the COVID debacle. Firing from a job for refusal of a vaccine or other consequences is far from empathy and compassion. It was a crime. You cannot have a vaccine compensation fund or say you will pay for the burial if one died from the COVID vaccine and mandate it. Plain and simple and these violators of human rights better change real quick and never repeat it.
The culling of the healthy ostriches who were obviously disease free for 10 months as they should have died by now if they had a severe strain. It was all planned to push the new H5N1 vaccine and combine it with the animal cruelty in the way it was done is plain evil. They will wipe out all chickens if a few have avian flu and destroy the precious eggs that humans need for their immune systems. Yes eggs are a great immune booster. Instead of testing and caring for all chickens they just wipe them out along with the eggs. There is no evidence that cooked poultry and eggs carry the avian virus. I hope many are aware that the MMR vaccine given to kids is cultured in chicken embryos. So just like they test vaccines to make sure they are purified how come the ostriches were not tested again to see if they were disease free and remember the serological test not a PCR test is needed to determine this . If your going to wipe out over 300 ostriches you better be certain that it is necessary. But somehow I think that health isn’t the reason. As an industry whistleblower has said in an interview regarding the ostriches he thinks the culling is an intimidation threat. If so then it is a criminal conspiracy and subject to criminal code charges. It’s time to hold vindictive government employees to account.
On a happy note the pregnant female who was handcuffed by 2 OPP officers at a hockey rink because she did not have a vaccine passport had her charge dropped. This video went viral seen across the world. What despicable behavior by people in positions that require honesty integrity and upholding of human rights. These 2 OPP if you listen to them demanded this mother forsake her parental responsibility and leave when she was waiting to bring her son home. This abuse of power was done to many parents during COVID who were told to isolate their young school aged children for 2 weeks if they came into contact with a covid positive at school or face a monetary fine. How disgusting. It seems we have people in positions of power and trust devoid of common sense.
It would be great to see law enforcement use such tactics like the 100 Metro Toronto police on horseback who surrounded Adamson BBQ or the RCMP who surrounded the ostrich farm or the police in Ottawa against the protestors who were engaged in the biggest human rights tribunal Canada has ever seen and do so for the houses and farms of drug cartels and terrorist roaming free in Canada. The Hell’s Angels compounds in rural areas. Crooked law firm offices throughout Canada. Canada might just make Trump happy to see the criminals moving fentanyl and other illicit drugs rounded up and jailed. Maybe the tariffs would be lessened. Don’t blame Trump. He has every right to take care of his country which is his job and to keep them safe. Only criminals trying to cover up attack anyone trying to stop the flow of drugs. The elbows up is cover up. Use those elbows to cover the criminals. Let’s cover up the 187 charges dropped against a trucker transporting drugs into Canada and give him back his truck so he can do it again. Just like HSBC was caught money laundering for drug cartels and terrorists that slap on the wrist a few years back didn’t stop them. They reoffended this time in Switzerland and France. TD Bank who froze bank accounts of those who donated to the truckers has massive money laundering violations with the most blatant and obvious cash deposits you ever did see. They are facing the music now. But is that enough penalty? How about jail time. They froze bank accounts based on a financial crime of hacking by Aubrey Cottle who was arrested not in Feb. 2022 but this past March 2025 because the Biden administration sealed his other hacking crime in America and the Canadian cops were forced to arrest him in March. They refused to arrest him for his Canadian crime in 2022 which is 3 years ago and this guy would have gone free except Trump had the charges unsealed. So Trump arrests criminals and Canada doesn’t and our courts let criminals walk free including dangerous drug cartels and terrorists. Let’s see who is the bad one? I think I know who does their job to try and keep citizens safe. It’s definitely not the Canadian ones. So when they tell you in the media they care about you and your family their actions tell the truth of the matter.
Michelle Brielle Edwards was a whistleblower from Health Canada who blew the whistle on the drug approval process. She was fired but fortunately our Parliament forced a committee inquiry. How forgetful our media is of this hero Michelle. Michelle has brought attention to fetal malformations due to drugs and chemicals. Our Canadian drug surveillance is a sick system and no wonder why. Look who runs it. They do not possess the courage or integrity like Michelle Brielle Edwards and these people have caused harm to Canadians. I hope Detective Grus lawyer hooks up with Michelle Brielle Edwards regarding Det. Helen Grus attempted investigation of a cluster of baby deaths in the Ottawa area. Two great courageous woman can move mountains.
Also to note on vaccine injuries and cover up in Canada. A 5 year old girl died after getting the H1N1 vaccine for the 2009 2010 H1N1 flu pandemic. It was a rushed product like the COVID vaccine. The Canadian courts dismissed the lawsuit. Yet they never did their research. In fact a 5 year old boy in the USA had pain and swelling like this 5 year old Canadian girl . He had swollen lymph nodes but survived. The NIH of America said it was the H1N1 vaccine that injured the boy. The little girl had pain and swelling at the injection site like the boy and died 5 days later from a heart issue. Can we call all those with common sense. If a child gets an injection and has pain and swelling right after and mysteriously died isn’t it intelligence to realize if she did not get an injection she would not have had pain or swelling at the injection site. Then she would still be alive. She obviously had a high white cell count. Did she get sepsis from the injection of the vaccine gone undetected? Sepsis can cause the heart failure. The NIH stated not enough was known about the H1N1 vaccine thus it was a guinea pig trial on unsuspecting humans made scared by fear of a virus. In fact the WHO pushed the pandemic of 2009 2010 to appease the vaccine manufacturers who wanted to see gain on their investment. Pretty sad profits over health. Everyone can be their own detectives researching everything possible. That is called informed decision and with informed decision comes informed consent and personal body autonomy which is the foundation of human rights and bioethics and encompasses the MRNA technology platform. Just like Michelle Brielle Edwards blew the whistle on a system that was failing proper regulation of drugs so we can too. It is your right. It is essential to your health especially with the new H5N1 vaccine by Glaxo Smith Kline just received the other day. The same maker of the H1N1 vaccine that killed the 5 year old girl and injured the 5 year old boy in the USA. How coincidental after the culling of the ostriches comes the new vaccine. Remember it’s just a variant of the old H1N1 and as repeated studies and experts told you pre COVID anyone who has H1N1 will have a form of natural protection like a vaccine does. That’s decades upon decades of research and from the mouths of those who during COVID denied natural protection through natural exposure. Remember it’s your choice to get a vaccine but it’s also your right to refuse without any consequences or retribution.
this is the real issue that most people involved in this criminal event, and those watching from the side lines miss.

It is sad to say this, but having nowhere to go to access justice has been the plight of most minority groups for decades in this country. It has stayed in place and festered so now it is normalised. This is now the norm.
Based on what happened to my mom, I can also say,, it seems, we may very well be culling the elderly as norm and there is no protest
It bothers me the farmers enrolled their animals in a vaccine experiment in the first place. Animal experimentation should be outlawed.

… would that be for those born in, or around, or abouts the vacinity of Calgary at a certain time in history and of a certain heritage or percentage of that said heritage, but not available to any of those born with a heritage from any other single heritage in Calgary since, let’s say..1905?
